Obstacle Course

Have you ever run an obstacle course? There are many barriers that complicate your path as you try to race up and down and around them to your goal.

Jesus ran into many barriers in his ministry. Religious zealots, societal hierachies, the government as well as individual's fear, pride and resistance. In each circumstance he was confronted with the choice of being derailed by an obstacle or overcoming it.

What do you do when an obstacle is in your way in your faith journey? What do we do with obstacles as a church?
